Founder & Master Barber
Decarlo White is the founder and master barber behind White House Beauty & Barber. His journey began over 13 years ago in a college dorm room, where a self-taught haircut sparked a passion that would grow into a full-time career.
After years of honing his craft while working full-time elsewhere, Decarlo earned his barber license in 2021 and made the bold decision to leave his longtime job at UPS to pursue barbering full-time. He has never looked back.
Decarlo developed the White House brand during barber school with a vision of offering a luxury, presidential-level grooming experience while remaining deeply connected to the community. Under his leadership, the shop opened its doors in August 2024 and continues to grow as a trusted grooming destination in Southeast Arkansas.
